So lovely. Clickity-clack clack clack.
I got a typewriter for Christmas once. For a few years I pretended I was writing old detective novels a la Snoopy, got really good at typing, so good that my letter keys kept getting stuck together... and then abandoned it for my first computer.
They are pretty cool, though.
Oh wow - lucky you! There is nothing quite like typing on a typewriter. I remember doing it for hours as a kid, typing everything and anything and trying to guess if a word would fit on a line or if I would have to break to a new line. I'm probably the only nut that does that though.
