I've been fantasizing about saving an old, decrepit mansion in this area lately - though I'm sure the reality of it would be exhausting, emotionally and financially.

Yes...but after years of blood sweat and tears you'd have a house that you'd never ever want to leave.

it's beautiful! and i think you guys would do a terrific job restoring an old, crumbling mansion! you should do it. just DON'T do it while you're pregnant...or with a baby.

I live at 20th and Walker and daily drove by this house watching it transform! Living in one of these old houses does prove to be exhausting but I am ready to grab up another one and start over! Too bad this one was too expensive for us!
